Randy England lives by his father's motto: 'If nothing changes… nothing changes.' Guided by this wisdom and his grandmother's unwavering faith in God, he tackles life's challenges with grace.
With over 16 years in manufacturing, including leadership roles, Randy successfully transitioned to Environmental Health and Safety, focusing on safe and sustainable practices.
His journey is deeply personal. Losing his sister Ashlee to mental illness and addiction in 2014 ignited a fire within him. He saw the urgent need for support systems and accessible resources for those struggling. Witnessing his mother's struggles with poverty and his sister Brandy's resilience in rural life further fueled his desire for change.
As President and EHS Coordinator at Fire Remedy Mission, Randy believes God's love can transform lives. He's built a space where people can find community, learn sustainable life skills, and find hope.
Beyond work, Randy cherishes family time and connecting with others. He believes in the power of community and shared experiences.
His vision for Fire Remedy Mission is ambitious: self-sustainable temporary housing and community tools to effectively combat homelessness. He believes in an empowering startup model that promotes a sustainable and environmentally conscious path to a better life.

My 17 years of experience – spanning construction, landscaping, customer service, and community service – have equipped me with strong skills in conflict resolution, team leadership, and customer satisfaction. As a detail-oriented professional with a deep passion for community empowerment, I'm uniquely suited to lead Fire Remedy Mission.
Having personally navigated life's challenges, including raising a young family while caring for my daughter who has special needs, I deeply understand the importance of providing support and resources to underserved communities. My experience with AmeriCorps instilled in me a strong commitment to serving others and creating positive social change.
Fire Remedy Mission holds a special place in my heart. It wasn't just an organization I volunteered for; I poured my heart and soul into making it come alive. Witnessing our team's potential impact firsthand ignited my passion to be more involved.
Seeing the struggles faced by our community, especially single parents, fueled my desire to take on the challenge of Executive Director. This role allows me to leverage my diverse skillset and leadership experience to contribute to the mission's success directly. I'm excited to work alongside our community to achieve incredible things."
I enjoy a diverse range of interests, from the practical to the creative. I find fulfillment in hands-on projects, such as building beehives and cultivating a productive garden. I'm also a curious individual, constantly exploring new ideas and seeking innovative solutions, whether it's designing a new podcast or developing a unique approach to a problem. I believe that a well-rounded life includes both intellectual pursuits and opportunities for relaxation and enjoyment. In my free time, I enjoy activities such as photography, hiking, and occasionally sharing a laugh through the art of stand-up comedy.
I've been fortunate to play a key role in supporting the organization's mission by contributing to various aspects of its operations. I've enjoyed working alongside a dedicated team to achieve our shared goals.
It is my fervent hope that Fire Remedy Mission will continue to serve as a beacon of hope and succor for our community. I am dedicated to augmenting our programs, broadening our outreach, and ensuring the enduring sustainability of our noble mission.

With over 20 years of experience in pastoral ministry and community service, Nick has a proven track record of uplifting underserved communities.
